A pair of 9 pocket slightly flared black pinstripe cargos from the Japanese brand Tete Homme. Every cargo pocket on these are slightly different, with different ways of closing them. Both pockets below the knees have adjustable straps going round the legs, these can be tightened to create more of a flare.
