A slightly flared pair of khaki green cargo pants with two waistbands and two sets of pockets, released between 1998-2002 whilst Kiminori Morishita was lead designer. The legs are constructed and split up into panels creating a curved shape with all the seams, this can be adjusted with the straps on the back to add some flare at the knees or taper below that.
