A dark brown/grey oil coated and painted heavyweight lined wool peacoat from the Japanese brand ripvanwinkle by Naoki Shirotani and Masao Ono. This is made out of a very unique fabric, a tightly cross woven wool that is entirely coated with oil, giving it some rigidity and waterproof abilities. What seems to be a pattern on the coat is actually tastefully applied faded gold paint. The details continue to the cotton lining, which is a nice over-dyed grey colour. The coat is fastened using 2 large riri zippers, there are also 2 outer pockets on the front.
