This pair of denim made by Peaceful Place for Military is not only double waisted but the 2nd waist is fully customisable and can be worn in a variety of ways. The second layer of denim ends around the thigh area, this waistband is held up by a belt loop that can be undone, the sides can also be unzipped to display the floral pattern as shown in the 3rd picture.
 
Condition: 9/10 tassels on one of the back zips have come off.
