A pair of brown double waisted cotton twill pants from the 90s. Featuring frilled fabric in a slightly different shade of brown stitched in-between both waistbands and on the flared sections of the legs, which can be zipped away and turned into a straight leg fit. These also have a stash pocket on the inside of the waist, pull chords to cinch the leg openings and buckles to tighten the waist.
