An extremely uniquely constructed pair of pleated wide leg shorts from the mid 00s. Featuring an adjustable 2-way fastening buckle system on the waistband, one side has a belt loop and the other a slit in the waistband for the buckled strap to pass through. These also have scribbled dots printed on, that fade out downwards.
